Abstract

Hall mobility and Seebeck measurements have been made on a series of NiO crystals containing up to 2 percent of Li, in the range 150–750°K, and a Hall effect has been observed in CoO. Evidence of 3d narrow-band polaron conduction and impurity conduction is discussed.
