Abstract
HOMOPHOBIA: A CHRISTIAN PLAGUE. Resumo: Os homossexuais sao os mais odiados dentre todos os grupos minoritarios, explicando-se tal intolerância porque o amor entre pessoas do mesmo sexo foi secularmente considerado crime hediondo, condenado como pecado abominavel, escondido atraves de um verdadeiro complo do silencio. A lgbtfobia cultural e institucional contaminam inclusive as proprias vitimas: gays, lesbicas e transgeneros, que em sua maior parte vivem numa especie de vacuo identitario e sob o efeito perverso da alienacao, com baixa autoestima, incapazes de iniciativas em defesa da propria cidadania. Este artigo apresenta algumas prioridades para tentar reverter este quadro perverso. Palavras-chave: LGBTfobia, grupos minoritarios, crime hediondo. Abstract: Homosexuals are the most hated of all minority groups, explaining such intolerance because the love between people of the same sex has long been considered a heinous crime, condemned as an abominable sin, hidden through a true plot of silence. Cultural and institutional violence contaminate even the victims themselves: gays, lesbians and transgenders, who for the most part live in a kind of identity vacuum and under the perverse effect of alienation, with low self-esteem, incapable of initiatives in defense of their own citizenship.
