AbstractOil and Gas (MIC: 14.2 SIC: 2911 NAIC: 324110)Holly is principally an independent petroleum refiner which produces light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel. Co.'s operations are organized into one business division, Refining. As of Dec 31 2005, the Refining business included the Navajo Refinery in Artesia, NM; the Woods Cross Refinery, located just north of Salt Lake City, UT; the Montana Refinery, located in Great Falls, MT; and NK Asphalt Partners. Additionally, Co. owned approximately 800 miles of crude gathering pipelines, 66 crude oil trucks and 67 trailers in addition to over 600,000 barrels of related tankage. As of Dec 31 2005, Co. also owned a 45.0% interest in Holly Energy Partners, L.P.
