AbstractOil and Gas (MIC: 14.2 SIC: 2911 NAIC: 324110)Holly is an independent petroleum refiner producing light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel. Co.'s operations are organized into one business division, the refining business, which includes the Navajo Refinery in Artesia, NM; the Woods Cross Refinery, located just north of Salt Lake City, UT; and NK Asphalt Partners, which manufactures and markets asphalt products from various terminals in Arizona and New Mexico and does business under the name Holly Asphalt Company. As of Dec 31 2006, Co. owned 800 miles of crude gathering pipelines, 66 crude oil trucks and 67 trailers as well as over 600,000 barrels of related tankage, and a 45.0% interest in Holly Energy Partners, L.P.
