Co. designs, manufactures, and markets a range of office furniture in four basic categories: storage; seating; office systems; and desks and related products. Co.'s office furniture product offering is sold to dealers, wholesalers, retail superstores, end‐user customers, and federal, state, and local governments. Co.'s office furniture products are sold under its HON®, Allsteel®, Maxon®, Gunlocke®, Paoli®, Whitehall®, basyx™, Lamex®, IntraSpec Solutions™, and Smartspace® brands, as well as private labels. Co.'s hearth products includes gas, electric, and wood burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, facings, and accessories.
