Abstract
New problem spots in modern education are undoubtedly based on modeling some main aspects of functional literacy as an innovative and fast developing concept. It is already possible and useful now to consider these concepts from the viewpoint of educational history. One of the important and popular concepts in this set is 4K. Some aspects of its formation are discussed in this article.
