Historical aspects of medical law development

Abstract

Intensification of the development of public relations necessitates the legal regulation of various spheres of life and the emergence of new branches of law in the legal system of Ukraine. The existence of an independent branch of medical law is most important for the society as a whole, and for the medical workers and patients themselves. The realities of the last 10-15 years have made it possible and necessary to separate it as an independent branch of law. This was facilitated by socio-economic changes in our country (related to health) and the development of a theoretical and legal nature (the availability of necessary attributes and the possibility of the existence of medical law). The article focuses on the development of the national legal system and the formation of a new branch of Ukraine's law - medical law.
