Abstract

The relationship between the state and the Church is very rich in content. In various centuries, different models have been formed. The evangelization that has taken place in this area is an stretch of many scientific studies. Presentation of these conditions in the light of the historical circumstances was intended to encourage many to take an interest in this subject. Researchers are encouraged to present elements that may represent new research horizons. A reader of events in the state-church relationship has the right to express his views and to seek answers within the framework of Church law. The publication included the thoughts of many famous lawyers, canonists and philosophers of law and theorists. The relationship between the state and the Church has been reflected in the history of concluding international agreements called the Concordat.
