Abstract

Under conditions of aseptic fever development and decreased sodium dietary intake in the experiment on 60 non-linear white male rats with 0.160.20 kg bodyweight the following was found: during the first stage (rise of temperature) vacuolar degeneration of the proximal tubular epithelium and microfocal character of changes in protein properties with the shift of stain to red color, during the second stage (high fever) dilation of Shumlianskiy-Bowman’s capsule lumen and dystrophic changes of the distal tubular epithelium, during the third stage (decrease of temperature) moderate dilation of ShumlianskiiBowman's capsule lumen and insignificant dystrophic changes of the distal tubular epithelium. Morphological changes in the dynamics of fever development reflect the character of kidney function changes.
