Abstract

High-Throughput 3D Imaging Flow Cytometry In article number 2100126, Masashi Ugawa and Sadao Ota develop a high-throughput 3D imaging flow cytometry technology based on light-sheet imaging and acoustofluidic particle focusing. With a maximum detection throughput of over 2 000 cells/s, 3D image analysis of 4 × 105 cells is achieved to demonstrate practical 3D imaging flow cytometry.
