Abstract

Programmable, self-assembled DNA nanoswitches have been used as a quantitative platform for gel-based biomolecular interaction analysis. Here, we present progress towards using DNA nanoswitches to screen for potential drug compounds. We use this technique to identify DNA aptamers that bind to protein targets and small-molecules that activate a protein target.
