Further to it development and better understanding the disease biology have ensured good outcomes even in high grade cancers. This comprehensive overview delves into the management of high-risk prostate cancer and oligometastatic prostate cancer, addressing their definitions, diagnostic workup, and treatment modalities. Essentially managing high-risk and oligometastatic prostate cancer requires a multidisciplinary approach, integrating surgery, radiation, and systemic therapies.
