Abstract
AbstractAlkynylation of alkenyl bromoarenes via aryl to vinyl 1,4‐palladium migration/copper‐free Sonogashira coupling sequence has been developed. This approach provides a facile methodology for the highly stereoselective synthesis of multi‐substituted 1,3‐enynes in good to excellent yields and regioselectivities.
