Abstract
Supramolecular Electrets In article number 2102174, Wen-Chang Chen and co-workers develop charge transfer-based supramolecular electrets comprising poly(1-pyrenemethyl methacrylate) and 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane for photonic field-effect transistor memory. The fabricated devices exhibit superior memory switchability using electrical/photoprograming under UV and green light, showing a broad memory window of 34 V and memory ratio of over 106 after 104 s.
