Abstract
Carrier transport properties of amorphous ter(9,9-diarylfluorene)s were reported, in which unusual nondispersive ambipolar carrier transport properties and high electron mobility of >10/sup -3/ cm/sup 2//V/spl middot/s were observed for the first time for amorphous molecular semiconductors. Highly efficient and bright blue heterostructure OLEDs based on these of terfluorenes were also reported.
