Abstract

Every higher institution is built to serve the tertiary with the physical assets and facilities. Physical assets and facilities give educational institutions their complete shape and teaching and learning environment. Physical assets for education comprise land, building and furniture and it include physical facilities for teaching spaces and for ancillary rooms. The development of physical assets and facilities in higher education is complex and cost intensive and to ensure their quality and maintain world standards is very challenging. The study is expected to be able give awareness on improving the physical assets and facilities in higher education institution towards a more effective process.
