Abstract

The interlayer shear tests of AC741/M55JB carbon fiber reinforced composite at room temperature, 400℃, 600℃ and 800℃ were carried out.The longitudinal and transverse shear tests of AC741/CCF800 carbon fiber reinforced composite were carried out at room temperature, 400℃, 600℃ and 800℃ dry conditions, as well as the experiments to calculate material property parameters. The results showed that the main failure mode of the sample in the interlayer shear test was stratified damage, and the fracture of the upper surface material was not obvious. This is due to the different types of tests, the interlayer shear pattern is short and small, and it is not easy to occur the fracture damage of the material without stratification. In addition, with the increase of temperature, the interlaminar shear strength also decreased significantly. In crossbar shear test, the maximum in-plane shear stress, maximum in-plane shear strength and in-plane shear modulus of the material gradually decrease with the increase of temperature, thus changing the bearing property of the material.
