Abstract

Plants of the CAM species Kalanchoe daigremontiana grown at elevated temperatures (34/25°C day/night) did not show endogenous net CO 2 -exchange rhythm at 34°C whereas at 30-32°C the rhythm was present. In contrast, the endogenous rhythm never occurs above 30°C in plants grown at 25/15°C day/night.
