Abstract

A High Speed Dynamic Fault Imaging system is introduced which overcomes the problem of extremely long data acquisition times of conventional Dynamic Fault Imaging systems. The new system uses multisampling and a new scheme of data storage in the image processor. Data acquisition times are reduced by factors of 100 to 1000 depending on the length of the test vector. Data acquisition is performed automatically and the data evaluation using difference images, movie, icon display, logic state display or activity mapping is fully interactive.
