Abstract
In order to improve the measurement accuracy and system performance of frequency signal for airborne products, and solve the problem of low frequency measurement accuracy of conventional frequency measurement methods in high frequency and low frequency bands, an equal precision frequency measurement module based on FPGA is designed and developed. The simulation and hardware test show that the method can effectively improve the frequency measurement accuracy. The frequency measurement module has the characteristics of high accuracy of frequency measurement, small resource occupation, good portability and so on.
