Abstract

Work on high energy hadron collisions in the geometrical picture, performed under the ERDA Contract No. E(38-1)-946, is summarized. Comparisons with new experimental results are made. Specific items discussed include the hadronic matter distribution for mesons and the comparison of theoretical prediction with a recent experiment, the possible existence of a second minimum in elastic pp scattering at very high energies, the analysis of the energy dependence of opaqueness in pp collisions, and the study of spin effects in high energy polarized Kd elastic scattering.
