Abstract
The production technology of thermal power plant is complex; the production process is closely coupled; and all kinds of production equipment are large-sized and intensive. By means of distributed control mode of PLC and fieldbus control system, the function of local optimization can be realized. Aiming at the research of the composition, function, objective, method and distribution characteristics of the production process control system in thermal power plant, a hierarchical system topology structure based on multi-agent control is presented. The production process control of thermal power plant is divided into two groups: thermal subsystem control agent and power subsystem control agent. The realization mechanism of multi-agent control system coordination process is established. Combined with the field practical application experiment. The results of operation show that the system has an obvious guiding effect on production by comparing the sampling data adjusted by load power factor of unit with the original data sampled by random sampling. The effectiveness of MAS in the process control of thermal power plant is proved.
