Abstract

The experience gained in the Bachelor of Management and Public Administration at the University of Barcelona (UB) to develop a bank of best practices for the implementation and assessment of competence of teamwork is presented. Starting from a protocol that explains what is meant by good practice, we have collected some models of activities in which students must use collaborative learning techniques, adapted to different expected levels of competence development.
