Abstract
SummaryThunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, offers a graduate business program and serves a student population scattered across the globe. This population is highly educated, culturally diverse, and often demanding when it comes to service. To meet the information needs of students and faculty, the International Business Information Centre (IBIC), Thunderbird's library, takes advantage of the School's intranet, My Thunderbird (MTB), in order to provide library services and resources around the world, 24/7. My Thunderbird is integrated with the School's management system, Datatel. This integration permits authentication and screening of users, and the ability to target specific user groups with information resources. The IBIC leverages the capabilities of MTB to serve patrons with remote access to databases, paperless services, electronic reserves, online reference and enhanced bibliographic instruction.
