Abstract
A 56-year-old female was diagnosed with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) in December 15, 2021. Half a month after oral sorafenib treatment, the patient experienced hematemesis and systemic rash reactions and was admitted to our hospital. An abdominal MRI revealed an 8.6 cm mass in the right lobe of the liver with PVTT.
