Abstract
A case of progressive muscular dystrophy with cardiac involvement was studied by right heart catheterization. The data obtained suggested left ventricular failure as the primary hemodynamic disturbance. The pertinent clinical, pathologic and electrocardiographic features of the cardiac myopathy of progressive muscular dystrophy are briefly reviewed.
