Abstract

The article presents the results of biochemical and morphological analysis of the blood of purebred and crossbred sheep born in different seasons of the year. The main indicators of blood of animals in all experimental groups were within physiological norm, however some differences between groups were noted. It is established that cross-bred sheep of winter lambing possess more active metabolism, high energy of growth and, greater meat productivity in comparison with purebred animals.   &nbsp
