Abstract
An analysis of helium cluster properties at finite temperature using a phenomenological free energy density has been carried out. We have studied in detail the energetics and the density profile characteristics of hot drops of both helium isotopes containing 70, 112, 168, 240 and 330 atoms. A finite temperature mass formula including volume, surface and curvature terms has been derived.
