Abstract

The phenomenon of tourism from past to present has shown various changes, transformations and character traits. With the discovery of the wheel and the accumulation of material that contributed to this, people engaged in tourism activities without making a name until the 20th century. 20th century. The concept of tourism has been put forward together with the rail network and the travels between England's own cities followed by ship travel from England to the United States and mass tourism has become professional for the first time. Since the last quarter of the 20th century, the importance given to tourism, which has been regarded as an industry, has gradually increased. Over time, the concept of ‘Halal Tourism olan, a type of tourism that has increased in popularity among Islamic societies, has emerged. The concept of halal tourism has emerged as an answer to the questions of how Muslims can engage in tourism activities in accordance with the requirements of religion in times and places from the time they leave home until they return home. Halal tourism has gained importance among Muslims and non-Muslims in the world and other countries besides Islamic countries have started to make serious investments in this field. Turkey, in Anatolia and Mesopotamia, the cradle of tourism to the side of Civilizations geopolitical and geostrategic position where it is leading and trendy. Malaysia is in the first place in the world in terms of Halal Tourism with its location and policies.
