Abstract

The solution of the problem of heat flow in heat exchangers from the surface of collective finning at different temperatures of its ends is given. The obtained analytical formulas allow us to quantify the influence of the asymmetry of the boundary conditions on the heat transfer through the finned heat exchange surface. Calculated dependencies can be used in the design of high-performance heat exchangers for power engineering, agricultural process equipment, air conditioning systems, ventilation and heat supply.
