Abstract

Abstract This paper offers a certain approach to optimizing the modes of heat supply to buildings based on real time geoinformation technologies. In order to solve this task of optimization it is proposed to apply the software and hardware complex which includes geoinformation system. This system operates in real time mode along with automated systems of control and adjustment of parameters of heat supply networks, as well as the system for optimizing the modes of heat supply based on mathematical modeling methodologies. Practical implementation of the proposed approach enables to improve the quality of work and reliability of district heating systems, as well as to reduce consumption of heat energy by consumers. A macromodel for the analysis of energy efficiency and optimization of heat supply of buildings has been developed for the South Ural State University. The systemic impact of implementation of the proposed approach by the University translated into the reduction of heat energy consumption during the 2014-2015 heating season by 7.43% as compared with 2013-2014.
