Abstract

Development problems of the intellectual software and hardware complex of the lingering pipelines-objects monitoring at a real-time mode have been considered at this article. The structure of the intellectual software and hardware monitoring complex of the lingering objects was described, including an uninterrupted monitoring subsystem, a recurrent monitoring subsystem, rules and limit states value subsystem, an expert system of making decisions by the monitoring results, a subsystem of a pipeline technical-screening at a real time. The interrupted-mode monitoring subsystem takes control under the critical integral values at a real time which determines the pipelines reliability. The recurrent monitoring subsystem takes control under the values which determine the pipeline reliability. The pipeline technical condition subsystem evaluation forms the diagnostic information which has been received from the uninterrupted and recurrent monitoring systems. The expert making decisions system determines the ability for further monitored object usage. The technical-condition screening subsystem reflects the object condition at a real time.
