Abstract
One of the most powerful women in Swedish business, Karin Lepasoon has been widely recognised for her ethical values. Previously Executive Vice President of international construction and project development company Skanska, she is now Director of Communications, ESG and HR at Nordic Capital. Here she looks back from 2050 and describes how wellbeing has become central to the design of the built environment, underwritten by new technology and solid bottom‐line numbers.
