Abstract

The modern times pushed the term late parenthood beyond the limits of natural reproductive limits. What does late parenthood in human natural reproduction is more and more pushed by ART techniques. Several demographic studies sustained that a consistent decline in fecundity stars even after 35 years. The fall in birthrate seems to be done to deliberate fertility control by the use of contraception, abortion, or decreased frequency of sexual intercourse. Such factors can mask any interactions between biologic factors of the aging female reproductive system and other social factors that might otherwise sustain fertility during the later reproductive years.
