Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of training in improving the educational process from the point of view of basic stage teachers. The descriptive analytical method was used in this study, The sample of this study consisted of (93) male and female teachers, chosen by the stratified random, the researchers used measurement of the role of training in improving the educational scale, The results showed that Training has a major role in improving the educational process, There were no statistically significant differences in the role of training in improving the educational process due to the gender and experience variables, There are also statistically significant differences in the training role in improving the educational process due to the variable of educational qualification and in favor of the bachelor, , Finally, in light of the study results and discussion the researcher suggested some recommendations.
