Abstract

The article describes the personalities of Rosgvardiya employees at the proper psychological level of self-regulation of service activities. The authors reveal the emotional profile of the employees’ personalities, their motivational orientation and type of selfesteem, self-evaluation of the emotional state, reflexivity and totality of personal qualities. The study was conducted on a sample of employees (n = 129). The authors present a structural organisation of the employees’ self-regulation at the proper psychological level of its analysis.
