AbstractRetail ‐ Furniture &Home Furnishings (MIC: 5.9 SIC: 5712 NAIC:442110)Haverty Furniture Companies is a full‐service home furnishings retailer with 113 stores in 14 southern and central states as of Jul 31 2003. Co.'s stores, primarily targeted at middle and upper‐middle income families, offer a wide selection of well‐known brand names of furniture, such as Broyhill, Thomasville, Lane/Action, La‐Z‐Boy, Bernhardt, and Clayton Marcus. Co. has regional warehouses located in Charlotte, NC, Jackson, MS and Ocala, FL serving all of Co.'s local markets except for Dallas, TX, and Atlanta, GA, which each have a metropolitan area warehouse.
