Abstract
Abstract HASTELLOY ALLOY R-235 is a vacuum-melted nickel-base precipitation-hardening alloy with outstanding properties through 1750 F. It has good oxidation resistance, and a remarkable resistance to overaging in service. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive strength as well as creep. It also includes information on high temperature performance and corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, joining, and surface treatment. Filing Code: Ni-97.
