Co. and Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company, which owned about 56% of Co.'s outstanding shares as of Dec 31 2005, operate together as a network of regional insurance companies that underwrite an array of personal and commercial coverages. The personal lines of insurance include both auto and homeowners, and the commercial lines include auto, commercial multi-peril and workers compensation.
