Abstract

An automated control system for hydraulic press equipment is designed and put into operation. Its block diagram, operation algorithm, program control interface for hydraulic press equipment is developed. The automatic control and measuring system, presented in the article, permits e to establish the optimal mode for controlling the technological casting process with crystallization of liquid metal under pressure, as well as the general change in pressure in the hydraulic system of the press during its operation.
