Abstract
The hard target penetration process is very complex and the various missile vibration signals are very rich. So Hard target penetration acceleration signals are non-stationary signals. We use the Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) for Time-frequency Analysis non-stationary signals in noisy environments. Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) is hard core of HHT so these maybes bring Mode Mixing. We put forward a method which is combined Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD) and wavelet analysis to eliminate Mode Mixing. EEMD keeps adaptive characters of and eliminates Mode mixing effectively. We can select available Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF) component and use Burg-power analysis for IMF so that we can obtain Burg-power spectrum. This method exhibits the time-extent, time-frequency and extent -frequency connections of non-stationary signals. The results verify the effectiveness of the method.
