Greg has made many ISPI presentations to local chapter and national conference meetings and written several articles and chapters on improving people and process performance in organizations. He progressed from hospital education and training to the management engineering function, also within health care. This progression transitioned his application of performance technology to core business process improvement. Greg currently manages the management engineering function for the Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, Maryland.
