Abstract

Temperature dependence and anisotropy of Hall effects of as-grown TiO x (x∼2) crystal grown by the floating zone method are measured by conventional method in the temperature range of 20-330 K. The results reveal that these crystals have better crystallinity and homogeneity than TiO x (x∼2) crystals grown by the flame fusion method which were annealed for a long time at high and lower temperatures to reduce subboundaries and oxygen vacancy, respectively
