Abstract
The Hall coefficients ( R H) of single crystalline beryllium have been measured in the range 4.2–300 K. At 290 K R H∥ and R H⊥ are (−7.64 ± 0.4) and (+14.8 ± 0.2) × 10 −10 m 3/A sec., respectively. Both R H⊥ and R H⊥ are found to be weakly dependent on temperature.
