Bioactive natural principles are reported used as a source of medicinal agents for several decades [1,2]. The chronic hyperglycemia in diabetes patients is reported to be associated with long-term tissue damage [18], dysfunction [18], and failure of various organs [19], in particular the reproductive organs [20]. Hyperglycaemia trigger reactive oxygen species production [27], which in turn causes cell damage via different mechanisms [28,29,30].
