Abstract
Society will develop a new leadership paradigm for sustainable peace - social and systemic goal preferences which accommodate variety. Past criteria for leadership do not permit the needed accommodation. New criteria for future leadership incorporate the orientation for success in a set of systems with limited future choice. Major paradigmatic criteria are; Foresight, Farsight, Vision, Creativity, Consensus Building.
