This article is a summarization and discussion of a recently published pam phlet entitled G U I D A N C E M A N U A L FOR THE HIGH-SCHOOL VICTORY CORPS1 prepared under the direction of Dr. Harry A. Jager, Chief Occupational Information and Guidance Service of the United States Office of Eduaation. Written by a com mittee of schoolmen, prominent in the field of guidance, it is presented as as sistance to school administrators, counselors, and teachers in carrying out the guidance functions essential to the organization of The High-school Victory Corps in all types of secondary schools.—Editor.
