Abstract
Data pertaining to outcome in dichorionic(DC) twins complicated by intrauterine growth restriction(IUGR) compared to singleton IUGR are sparse and conflicting. Given the limited evidence to date,we sought to compare perinatal outcome for IUGR in DC twins and singletons by compared data from two large prospective studies - Prospectve Observational Trial to Optimize Paediatric Health in Intrauterine Growth Restriction(PORTO) and Evaluation of Sonographic Predictors of Restricted growth in Twins(ESPRiT).
