Abstract

At most refractories establishments the growth rate of labor productivity leads the rate at which earnings increase. At some establishments this is not the case owing to overstaffing. The measures which these establishments introduce in accordance with plans of scientific work organization fail to bring to light to an adequate extent the scope for labor saving and personnel reductions.
