Abstract
A method for growing single crystals of NiMn 2O 4 using Bi 2O 3-B 2O 3 as a flux is described. Chemical analysis indicated the presence of the phase NiMn 2O 4. The lattice constant, Curie temperature and magnetization agree well with values of polycrystalline material.
